State Senator Joe Negron Endorses MaryLynn Magar for State Representative

Today, Senator Joe Negron endorsed MaryLynn Magar for State Representative, District 82. Magar has been steadily rallying support from prominent leaders throughout Florida and her community that share her commitment to conservative principles and limited government.

“MaryLynn Magar is an excellent example of the kind of conservative leadership our state needs and I am pleased to endorse her candidacy,” said Senator Negron. “Her philosophy of smaller government, coupled with her private sector experience, will help get our economy moving in the right direction, and I look forward to seeing all she can accomplish in the House.”

Senator Negron served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000 to 2006. He represented District 82, the same seat that Magar is running for. He currently represents District 28 in the State Senate. He is also the past president of the Martin County Republican Club and served as House Appropriations Chairman from 2005 to 2006. Negron is highly respected for his conservative fiscal principles, commitment to education reform, and dedication to solving the state’s insurance issues.

“Senator Negron has protected and upheld conservative values in the State Senate,” said candidate MaryLynn Magar. “I look forward to representing State House District 82 with the same commitment to Florida and enthusiasm that he has displayed.”
Magar has also been endorsed by Congressman Tom Rooney.
